Policyn gäller för kontrar.se, kontrarnewsletter.com och KONTRÄRs prenumerations-, nyhetsbrevs- och bokningstjänster.

2. Vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar

Beroende på hur du använder KONTRÄRs tjänster kan vi behandla:

• namn och e-postadress,
• telefonnummer och andra kontaktuppgifter som du själv lämnar,
• uppgifter om vald prenumeration, prisnivå och prenumerationsstatus,
• betalningshistorik och transaktionsreferenser,
• uppgifter om bokningar och avbokningar,
• meddelanden till kundservice,
• teknisk information såsom IP-adress, enhet, webbläsare och användning av webbplatsen,
• uppgifter om vilka utskick du tar emot och hur du interagerar med dem.

Betalningar hanteras av Stripe. KONTRÄR tar normalt inte emot eller lagrar fullständiga kortuppgifter.

3. Varför vi behandlar personuppgifterna

Vi behandlar personuppgifter för att:

• skapa och administrera ditt prenumerationskonto,
• genomföra och administrera betalningar,
• hantera bokningar och avbokningar,
• skicka program, bokningsinformation och annan information som ingår i tjänsten,
• skicka betalningsbekräftelser och information om avtalet,
• hantera frågor, reklamationer och kundservice,
• uppfylla bokföringsskyldigheter och andra rättsliga krav,
• skydda tjänsterna mot missbruk och säkerhetsincidenter,
• föra statistik och förbättra webbplatserna och prenumerationstjänsten,
• skicka nyhetsbrev och annan kommunikation när vi har rätt att göra det.

4. Rättslig grund

När behandlingen behövs för att skapa och administrera en betald prenumeration, genomföra betalningar, hantera bokningar eller leverera prenumerationstjänsten grundas behandlingen på avtalet med dig.

När vi sparar underlag för bokföring eller följer andra rättsliga krav grundas behandlingen på en rättslig förpliktelse.

När du frivilligt anmäler dig till utskick utan att vara betalande prenumerant kan behandlingen grundas på ditt samtycke. Du kan när som helst avregistrera dig.

Säkerhetsarbete, begränsad statistik, verksamhetsutveckling och viss kommunikation kan grundas på KONTRÄRs berättigade intresse av att driva, skydda och utveckla verksamheten. Vi gör då en avvägning mellan verksamhetens behov och din rätt till integritet.

5. Nyhetsbrev och avtalsinformation

För betalande prenumeranter är programutskick, bokningsinformation och viss annan e-post en del av prenumerationstjänsten.

Vi kan också skicka information som är nödvändig för avtalet, exempelvis:

• betalningsbekräftelser,
• meddelanden om misslyckade betalningar,
• påminnelser om årsförnyelse,
• pris- och villkorsändringar,
• information om förändringar eller driftstörningar.

Sådan information kan skickas även om du har avregistrerat dig från annan marknadsföring.

6. Vilka som kan ta del av uppgifterna

Personuppgifter kan behandlas av leverantörer som hjälper oss att tillhandahålla tjänsterna, exempelvis:

• Ghost för medlemsportal, prenumerationsadministration och e-postutskick,
• Stripe för betalningar,
• leverantörer av webbhotell, IT, e-post och bokningssystem,
• bokförings- och ekonomileverantörer,
• professionella rådgivare när det är nödvändigt,
• myndigheter när vi är skyldiga att lämna ut uppgifter enligt lag.

Leverantörer som behandlar personuppgifter för vår räkning får endast använda dem enligt våra instruktioner och tillämpliga dataskyddsregler.

7. Överföring utanför EU och EES

Vissa leverantörer eller deras underleverantörer kan behandla personuppgifter utanför EU och EES.

När detta sker ska överföringen ha stöd i tillämpliga dataskyddsregler, exempelvis genom ett beslut om adekvat skyddsnivå eller EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler och kompletterande skyddsåtgärder när det behövs.

8. Hur länge uppgifterna sparas

Vi sparar personuppgifter så länge det behövs för det ändamål som de samlades in för.

Uppgifter om en aktiv prenumeration sparas under den tid prenumerationen pågår.

När prenumerationen avslutas sparar vi sådana uppgifter som behövs för att hantera eventuella frågor, reklamationer eller rättsliga anspråk. Uppgifter som ingår i bokföringsunderlag sparas så länge bokföringslagstiftningen kräver.

Uppgifter för frivilliga nyhetsbrev sparas tills du avregistrerar dig eller behandlingen annars ska upphöra.

Uppgifter kan sparas längre om det krävs enligt lag eller för att fastställa, göra gällande eller försvara rättsliga anspråk.

9. Kakor och liknande tekniker

Våra webbplatser kan använda kakor, lokal lagring och liknande tekniker.

Teknik som är nödvändig för inloggning, säkerhet, betalning och grundläggande funktioner används för att tjänsten ska fungera.

Om teknik används för andra ändamål, exempelvis viss analys eller marknadsföring, inhämtar vi samtycke när detta krävs enligt lag.

Du kan hantera kakor genom inställningarna i din webbläsare och, när det finns, webbplatsens inställningar för samtycke.

10. Dina rättigheter

Du har, beroende på omständigheterna, rätt att:

This policy applies to kontrar.se, kontrarnewsletter.com and KONTRÄR’s subscription, newsletter and booking services.

2. Personal data we process

Depending on how you use KONTRÄR’s services, we may process:

• your name and email address,
• your telephone number and other contact details that you provide,
• information about your selected subscription, price level and subscription status,
• payment history and transaction references,
• information about bookings and cancellations,
• messages sent to customer service,
• technical information such as your IP address, device, browser and use of the website,
• information about the emails you receive and how you interact with them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. KONTRÄR does not normally receive or store complete payment card details.

3. Why we process personal data

We process personal data in order to:

• create and administer your subscription account,
• process and administer payments,
• manage bookings and cancellations,
• send programme announcements, booking information and other information included in the service,
• send payment confirmations and information concerning the agreement,
• respond to enquiries, complaints and customer service matters,
• comply with accounting obligations and other legal requirements,
• protect the services against misuse and security incidents,
• compile statistics and improve the websites and subscription service,
• send newsletters and other communications when we are legally entitled to do so.

4. Legal bases for processing

When processing is necessary to create and administer a paid subscription, process payments, manage bookings or provide the subscription service, the processing is based on the performance of our agreement with you.

When we retain documentation for accounting purposes or comply with other legal requirements, the processing is based on a legal obligation.

When you voluntarily sign up to receive communications without being a paying subscriber, the processing may be based on your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Security measures, limited statistical analysis, service development and certain communications may be based on KONTRÄR’s legitimate interest in operating, protecting and developing its activities. In such cases, we balance the needs of the organisation against your right to privacy.

5. Newsletters and information concerning the agreement

For paying subscribers, programme announcements, booking information and certain other emails form part of the subscription service.

We may also send information necessary for administering the agreement, including:

• payment confirmations,
• notifications of failed payments,
• reminders about annual renewals,
• changes to prices or terms,
• information about changes to the service or service disruptions.

Such information may be sent even if you have unsubscribed from other marketing communications.

6. Who may receive your personal data

Personal data may be processed by service providers that help us provide our services, including:

• Ghost, for the membership portal, subscription administration and email communications,
• Stripe, for payment processing,
• providers of web hosting, IT, email and booking systems,
• accounting and financial service providers,
• professional advisers where necessary,
• public authorities where we are legally required to disclose information.

Service providers that process personal data on our behalf may use it only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection legislation.

7. Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Some service providers, or their subcontractors, may process personal data outside the European Union and the European Economic Area.

We retain personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Information relating to an active subscription is retained for the duration of the subscription.

When a subscription ends, we retain information needed to handle any enquiries, complaints or legal claims. Information forming part of accounting records is retained for as long as required under accounting legislation.

Information used for voluntary newsletters is retained until you unsubscribe or the processing must otherwise end.

Information may be retained for a longer period if required by law or if necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Our websites may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies.

Technologies necessary for login, security, payment and essential website functions are used to ensure that the service operates correctly.
